Dr. Graham Chapman

          Dr. Chapman was educated at Cambridge University in England. His teaching credits include being a Fellow of Downing College from 1973-1987 and Professor and Head of the Geography Department at the School of Oriental and African Studies. He is currently Head of the department of Geography at Lancaster University. Graham is the author of numerous books on India and Communications in the Third World, most notably Water and the Quest for Sustainable Development in the Ganges Valley (London 1994) and The Geopolitics of South Asia: From Early Empires to India, Pakistan and Bangladesh (London, 2000).
